To’ak has been sustainably sourcing chocolate for nearly a decade. One of the newest editions—the Barbados Rum Cask–Aged Signature 75.55-percent dark chocolate—is aged in ex-rum casks from Foursquare Rum Distillery, a centuries-old Barbadian company.
